There is a simple formula for charisma.

And it’s available to everyone. 

 

Love + Engagement + Energy = Charisma

 

It begins with Love: If you love what you are doing, you’ll work hard at it, and want to do it right. And that  love and dedication will be apparent to others.

 

Now add Engagement:  If you love something you will want to share your love with others so they can appreciate it too and understand you better. You want them to see clearly what it is you are doing and show them how it is done right.

 

And finally add Energy:  If you love what you are doing, you enjoy what you are doing, and you are energized by the  fact that you are able to do it, that you are able to introduce others to it, and that you are able to  fill them with the same sense of discovery, delight, and celebration.  Along with that energy comes a magnetism that others will be attracted to.

 

Love + Engagement+ Energy = Charisma

 

If you demonstrate a love for your message, engage with others, and bring energy with you, and charisma will follow you into the room.
